The Malagnou Project
Set in the sought-after Malagnou neighbourhood in Geneva, this 86m² apartment has been entirely reimagined to blend classic charm with contemporary refinement. Original parquet floors and delicate mouldings were preserved, while the space was fully renovated to introduce light, flow, and modern comfort.
Completed with a carefully curated staging, the apartment reveals a timeless and elegant atmosphere—offered as a seamless, turnkey home where every detail has been thoughtfully considered.
The Saint-Jean Project
Tucked away on a quiet, tree-lined street in Saint-Jean, this 43m² studio has been reimagined as a serene urban retreat. Light-filled and opening onto a southwest-facing balcony with distant mountain views, it offers a rare sense of calm in the heart of the city.
Refined in its simplicity, the space unfolds with quiet elegance, where every detail feels considered, and effortless living takes shape. This project was delivered as a staging-only transformation.
The Vernier Project
Located in the iconic Lignon building in Vernier, this apartment was entirely reimagined to bring a renewed sense of warmth and flow. The space was opened, materials refined, and key areas such as the kitchen, bathrooms, and living spaces, carefully transformed to create a more contemporary and harmonious home.
Completed with a considered staging, the project reveals a space that feels both inviting and elevated, where comfort and style come together effortlessly.
